OUR STORY

Spin Cafe is owned and run by Vincent and Joline Esposito. The two of us met in college in Maine. Sharing a strong interest in food and its traditions, we opened our first restaurant together in 1990 in Telluride, Colorado. It was called Campagna, and we served rustic Tuscan food and gelato using the absolute best and freshest ingredients. The Denver Post named it the best Italian restaurant in the state.
Spin Cafe in Heber City has become known for fresh scratch cooking with a fun spin. Fresh food has certainly become trendy as of late, but it’s been our life’s work. Chef/owner Vincent learned how to cook and run a restaurant from his Italian immigrant grandparents and his parents. It was a food-crazy family that built its own wood-burning pizza ovens, actually grew figs in chilly Brooklyn and began
teaching Vincent the finer points of lasagna assembly at age four.
A lucky upbringing!
We’ve been open since 2006, and we and our great staff still believe in our mission to serve truly fresh food made from scratch, in a fun atmosphere, with friendly attentive service, and at moderate prices. We’re thankful for the recognition that Spin has received from the press, but mostly we’re thrilled to have so many returning customers every day. Thank you for letting us be Spin Cafe!
